This place is a first class add to Santa Cruz restaurant/pub scene. Really.Paid my visit last saturday night, and I experienced something like a Deja Vu, as I was teleported to an atmosphere much like Jurerê International beach clubs. Very sophisticated. Service is first world. Menu is awesome, and even though this is a "Sushi Lounge" there are other options, including hot dishes. We tried this place last week and were contented with the food.Ambiance was alright. They tried to incorporate the japanese style and it turned out okay.Their sashimi was good. It was a mix of tuna, salmon, octopus and other sashimis. Presentation and taste was above average and pretty good for a restaurant half way around the world from japan. As an asian, i definitely recommend this place for those craving Japanese food. It's not the best but definitely a good alternative when in SCS.Will have dinner here tonight again. :-)

Tried this restaurant for dinner. While choosing my food, the waiter suggested that i try their rodizio 'eat all you can'. So i agreed. I didn't know what i was in for. And since i was early, they served special plates for me. Usually they would have lots of quantity per variety in one plate.First plate, appetizers: shrimp, squid, fried onions?Second plate: makiThird: sushiFourth: sashimiFifth: hot rollsLast: dessert! I super love this plate!!!It was good. But i should have prepared myself. Haha. The seafood are okay. It's good that i was able to try this.The ambiance is good. They have a terrace that is good for those who also want to drink.Service is also good. The waiter was able to speak little english but was enough to keep me contented.

Sempre foi uma boa opção para uma comida diferente (chinesa e japonesa). Outro dia fui jantar e não havia opção, era apenas o bufet livre de comida japonesa e chinesa. Me decepcionei. Meia dúzia de tipos de sushis, dois de niguiri e nada de sashimi....

Localizado na praça de alimentação do Max Shopping, o Guloso tem um bom atendimento, mas especialmente a boa comida e grelhados como referência. E a sobremesa. Não deixe de experimentar o salmão grelhado ou o filé com queijo parrillero, e de sobremesa a torta alemã ou a torta de limão!! O preço é um pouquinho mais alto que a média, mas está na linha dos bons restaurantes da cidade. Serve só almoço, o ambiente é climatizado e aceita cartões. Não perca também o pastel de doce de leite com canela.
