Really nice ramen. Portion is good. Food comes out rather quick. Dai-Dai was finished before we had a chance to try. The ginger drink was very nice.Restaurant is also a shop for uniqe and nice designed products. After a number of consecutive days of delicious pasta, decided to change it up with sushi. Found Moi Sushi Lab in the middle of old town Prato. Only seats 15 or so people, so it was quite intimate. The waitresses were very friendly and offered some prosecco and a gyoza (dumpling) to start. I chose a selection of sashimi and sushi and it hit the spot. Not the best sushi in the world, but pretty good for a little town in pasta country!

Alla ricerca di un sushi che non sia un all can you eat, proviamo questo ristorante nella periferia cinese di Prato non proprio semplice da trovare. Siamo nella parte della città colonizzata dalla comunità cinese. Il ristorante è molto bello, nuovo, con parcheggio privato, ben arredato con un caldo velluto verde, con tavoli ben distanziati e comodi divanetti per gli ospiti. Si divide in due sale e, quando arriviamo noi, la prima è piena, ma noi siamo gli unici occidentali presenti. Quando usciamo, però, ci sono almeno una ventina di occidentali a pranzo. Servizio affidato al cameriere italiano: competente, non invadente, preciso. Siamo qua per un antipasto ed una serie di uramaki e, quindi, in due degustiamo:ANTIPASTI: zuppa di miso - involtini di gamberiURAMAKI: california, miura tekka, ura astice, spisy sake - futo croccantePASTA: soba gamberi.La differenza tra un locale come questo, con prodotti freschi e ben lavorati e i mille ristoranti pseudo giapponesi che son venuti fuori come i funghi in questa stagione la notiamo subito. Addirittura nel riso che costruisce gli uramaki, diverso dall'altro. Intorno a noi passano ostriche fresche e crostacei ed anche il nostro ura astice, con astice fresco, gambero e avocado, è un piacere. Tutto buono, comprsi i soba, che sono spaghetti di grano saraceno. Beviamo una bottiglia di acqua, una birra ed una teiera di tè verde e, alla fine, spendiamo 105 euro in due, che sembrano tanti ma sono assolutamente in linea con quello che il ristorante ci ha proposto. Ci torneremo!

We had to go to Firenze in the past if we crave ramen since all Japanese restaurant around Prato are 'Sushi' restaurants.The place is brand new. Modern and it looks like ones in Japan. There is quite a line but we booked before hand. Ramen was great. It wasn't 100% exactly the same as authentic Japanese ramen, but they got at least 80% right and I am very fine about it. Kara-age (fried chicken) is not to be missed. Ramen was great and the 'matcha misu' was delicious! The dessert paired well with the plum liquor, try it! Service is nice and rather quick. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Price is acceptable. Place looks clean.Will be definitely going back.

Locale carino e ben tenuto;Personale di sala molto gentile ed accogliente sia nellâaccoglienza che nel servire i piatti. Piatti molto buoni, nulla di eccezionale, ma è uno tra i migliori Jappo a Prato.
