The food is sooooo fresh, the place is clean and the menu very diverse and amazingly original and tasty. It was a lovely time and food experience, with a smiley service, really nice people, a must to try !!! Best Japanese I've tried worldwide and I have tried A LOT...Thanks a lot for your opinion! Katana is a very small outlet with 9 Bar chairs which is located within the Central Market in Alicante. Run by three young people, they produce excellent Sushi, Tuna Tataki, a very creative beef tartare, Vietnamese dishes, and other. Three people with a bottle of Ribeiro â¬109.00 plus tip. Very nice. we tried this asian buffet because it included sashimi amongst the dishes on offer , when we arrived we were given menu´s a pad and pen ,the idea is you write the dishes you want by the number against dish , the waitress the list and your drinks order (not included in the buffet price of 13.90 euros , when you have finished the dishes the waitress returns to take any further dishes you wish , the service and the food are first class

Es un local pequeño, regentado por una familia. Solo hay un cocinero por lo que el movimiento de platos es realmente lento, pero el resultado final es muy sorprendente. Imposible quedarse sin hambre. Tienen tanto menú para entre semana como fin de semana.
