I was greatfully amazed by this restaurant. Located in 14th floor within Hrand Hyatt hotel in Bogota. First, the view is amazing!.Personel & staff was very nice and warmest. The food was awesome. Sushi was tastefullu, really delicious. I suggest robatayaki, it was tasteful.Strongly recommend this restaurant.Perfect for couples, romantic dinner, but also families and business. Shared several dishes at Tamarine Including the lobster roll, noodles, tuna and shrimp. The tuna and shrimp were the best but the other dishes were good too. The fish was fresh tasting and all the food was well prepared and well presented. Our meal started with a house offering of a tasty yoghurt dip with chips and a local beverage. Excellent place to eat lunch or dinner. The menu is very extensive, but all the dishes are very (very ) good. The portions are quite decent and the food quality is top notch. I'll suggest to improve a little the quality of the service as sometimes is not the best one.
