Invited to eat out with friends for a midweek evening. Great little restaurant on the side of the main road into Bergerac. Nice selection of pizza toppings. Well cooked. Nice bottle of Italian wine. Service was good.

After four nights in Bergerac we finally got lazy and decided to walk down the road to this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise; lovely salads and absolutely gorgeous main courses. All reasonably priced and well presented. Quite a few locals were eating here and the bill was very reasonable. We will be back and would highly recommend this as an alternative to the fois gras and terrine fair that is everywhere.

Bergerac has some good restaurants and some very good ones. On the banks of the Dordogne river and between the two bridges crossing the river is an Italian restaurant that is outstanding.Great food, lovely décor, friendly and efficient service. Two lovely dining rooms and a terrace.There is a painting on the wall of the back room that must be seen. Try to work out who is on the gondola and what is the man on the bridge doing.This is a lovely, cozy, warm and friendly place which simply makes you happy.Then there is the food! My wife and I had Buffalo Mozzarella, Risotto stuffed with foie gras in a cepe mushroom sauce with Parma ham as starters. Then Saltimbocca with pasta. I usually dont like pasta but I loved this offering.Then a chocolate and amaretto dessert.We kicked off with a Prosecco and Amaretto aperitif and then a glass of wine. Finished with coffee. Euro 95 - a good deal given the high quality of the meal and the lovely ambiance of the place. I will be back - time and again and I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Not only are the pizzas fresh and made with love and care but they were incredibly cheap. We were so pleasantly surprised that we've decided that whenever we want to order a pizza this is the place to come to. Great experience !

Ripped off and food burnt and inedible.I wouldn't feed this food to my dogLeft hungryService poorFrom my experience I would suspect that this restaurant rips off passing tourists.Get a quiche slice in the bakery across the road or eat elsewhere as unfortunately you may regret coming here for both the service and the food.Je suis ravie de voir le progrès des moyens de transports.Dans la même journée, Liverpool, Dublin, Bergerac et Capbreton, Restaurant à chaque fois.De quoi donner le vertige quand on vous lit.Le décalage horaire a certainement atteint votre perception des choses.Dommage d'avoir perdu du temps à rédiger des commentaires de cette valeur.Quand nous avons une remarque sur la qualité, nous nous remettons en question mais là pas un plat n'est cité, pas un fait sur le service. Autant d'avis déposé le 11 décembre ne laisse aucun doute sur le bien fondé de celui-ci.Les amateurs de Trip Advisor sauront faire le tri.Cordialement
