Had brief stay at Ooty, during our stay we enjoyed our BF and Dinner atClifftop. We enjoyed our which was tasty and spread offered well chosen items.Service was excellent.I will particularly like to mention Eyamin, Ipsita and Susmita for their personalized services. We went there for a lunch since the place was highly rated. We got there on the Sunday afternoon and there was utter chaos. The place is popular and there were at least 30-40 cars parked in a driveway not meant for over 15 cars. the waiting extending to hours and people were spilling over everywhere, trying to talk to the staff to land a table early. The staff I must say was great and very patient. We waited for half an hour but the list hadnt moved. We picked up a cold coffee which was average and left. The views from this place are great. So try going there for a photo op and maybe a meal either on a weekday or evening tea/ coffee. Don't even try the weekend lunch slot ! However, we must add that we are popular not without a good reason and we are sure you know that. We do serve good food, quality, have a good price and encourage the best of service. We would like to add that although we could not serve you earlier on the last visit, we have extended our seating capacity to over 40 covers more and have made arrangements to ensure that the wait time in at its minimum. We respect all our valued guest and will always do everything in our power to provide and excellent and enjoyable experience. Food is bit costly considering the quantity, but the taste is absolutely good.More than the food, you will enjoy the ambience.They have lots of info's about Bee's. Arafat who celebrated Late President Abdul Kalam Birthday wholeheartedly by serving Birthday cake free to all present in Buffet room.Another chef prepared Dudhi halwa and also tomato halwa during our stay. It was superbly cooked.Neatness and cleanliness was really of a five star Hotels.And Hospitalityâs was at the best from all Department Iâd Resort. One of the best Holidays we enjoyed from 15th to 20th October 2019.For Jains there are special menus which is a great recent progress made by Club Mahindra for Jain Visitors which are approx 50% of the total visitors these days.

Very tasty food. Tried their Pizza Pasta Sandwiches and the sizzling ice cream brownie is the best I have ever had.There are 3 other restaurants in the complex belonging to Nahar, you can also order food sitting there to be brought from Side walk cafe. They oblige. Don't miss if you are looking for tasty vegetarian comfort food when in Ooty.
