We enjoyed a delicious meal at Livelli yesterday evening and I can't say enough in its favour. The food is hand-made from scratch and the menu specialises in Lasagne. There were four of us. Two had the vegetarian version, one the special duck lasagne and one the salmon version. Each one was served with a salad which complemented the lasagne. The wines are carefully selected and complemented the meal. Each one of us enjoyed the meal. One of our group arrived really late (having been to a funeral) and due to the kind and helpful arrangements in the kitchen/diningroom was served his meal on arrival. The restaurant is beautiful, with a hexagonal design on the walls and floor and air space above. Another important point is that the seating is not crowded and no one was disturbed by loud music or other guests. I can't wait for the next opportunity to go back there.

Everything from the moment we sat down, till the moment we left, felt like we were in a small town restaurant. Very courteous staff and authentic flavours. Perfectly cooked food both the gnocchi and ravioli. The summer black truffles were amazing and they were very generous when putting it all over our dishes (as the photo shows).Ended with a lime sorbet with prosecco poured over it. On point. Great restaurant to visit over and over again.

Well I went there with a friend, we had cheese and shrimp croquettes; Though these were OK the presentation is a bit akward.. Salad with that is served in a bowl which takes most of the dish.. so it's fighting.. I ordered the chicken citron, which looks like a chicken soup with black onions.. while my friend ordered the tagliata di manzo, which apparently was good.. however I thought I had many chicken looked like leftover over a old chicken and what was very watery and cooked in something which tasted like a lemon sauce.. there were more ingredients which I could not identity.. Not to be recommended by me.. Service was impeccable thoughDear Enrique, First of all thank you for your review which always helps us to look at our business from a customers perspective. We had your reservation booked on a larger table inside but you opted for a smaller table outside which are not made for dining but we always try to find a way to accommodate our guests on the smaller space hence the fact that the server did not lift of the salad bowl of your plate. The salad bowl accompanying the croquettes is brought to you on the plate, but is meant to sit beside your plate with croquettes..so you could just lift it off and put it next to the plate to have more space on your plate for the croquettes. The server could have done this for you but its not rocket science.. But the remark is well noted and we will instruct the servers to always do this from now on, or at least ask the guest to do it for them....I am sorry to hear that you did not liked the Poulet Citron. As the description on the menu states traditionally made of chicken thighs with all the ingredients mentioned on the menu...Poulet Citron: Zacht gegaarde en ontbeende kippendijen met gekonfijte citroen, venkel, kurkuma en olijven. Geserveerd met gebakken aardappeltjes (Poulet Citron: Softly cooked and boned chicken thighs with candied lemon, fennel, turmeric and olives. Served with baked potatoes)We are more than happy to explain more about "fennel, kurkuma, olives , confit lemon, and the difference between onion and olives...." at your next visit. The chicken thighs are slowly cooked, and the sauce for a Poulet citron... yes tastes like.....lemon ( fyi..citron is the french word for lemon).I am pleased to read that your friend enjoyed the other dish and the service was impeccable and I hope I can invite you to give us a next try with a dish you are more familiar with.Kind regards,Ernst AbenOwner

Well it was for me, as I donât like cheese! Great base, terrific rich tomato, and lovely fresh basil. They had some pasta choices that they offered could be had without cheese too, but the pizza was great. My wife also enjoyed her Margarita. Two lovely glasses of red wine, a tasty Aperol Spritz, all in small modern and comfortable surroundings. The host was very efficient, helpful and friendly.Price reasonable at â¬40.
