We have had dinner/drinks here on numerous times during our holiday last August. We loved the food, the location, the service, the wonderful staff... Everything! We were afraid that they would get bored of us because we were there almost constantly I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting the city.. Even if you have a small child like we do. Our 1 year old son loved the staff and food as well.. Munching the focaccia bread like no tomorrow

We had pizza and salad to share. Both dishes were good. Salad was presented well. Service was good and it had a nice atmosphere. Good location on the waterfront. Only missed on being a five because it was unremarkable. Also the pizza should have been pre-sliced in our opinion.

Pizza in Croatia seems to be very popular, but I never found it up to my pizza standards...except here! The crust was chewy, the sauce was perfect and the cheese was great. So glad we gave it a chance. We also ordered a swiss chard and potato dish on the side, which was also great. Service was good, except when the waiter gave me a funny look when I ordered the swiss chard and asked "do you know what swiss chard is?"

Firstly the menu is obnoxious and overly complicated. We were looking for a simple burger yet there wasn’t one but random and complex creations. When we ordered our burgers taking many unnecessary ingredients out, our waitress got into a huff, sighing very passive aggressively and repeating our order in a bored and irritated tone, making us feel uncomfortable. At least the food was good and not that slow to come, but again upon splitting the bill the waitress initially declined and then conceded incredibly unenthusiastically and irritated. The table in front of us also told us they had a bad experience with said waitress. Good food and good location but unenjoyable service experience.

We visited this restaurant last year on recommendation and were so impressed that we couldn’t wait to return. Yesterday was the first day of our summer holiday and we drove from Hvar just to dine here. The food, fantastic (again). We ordered a cold Dalmatian plate starter (20€), with fresh sea delicacies - tuna, swordfish, octopus... and were shocked with the big portion and tastefulness, we kept silent and smiling the whole time of enjoying it. For the main we order their in-house specialty, home made pasta cooked with black cuttlefish ink with sea shells, mind blowing. And for the wine, we always go for local “open” white as we like fresh wine and learned some time ago, that in good Dalmatian restaurants they will always have a good stock from a small local winemaker. They also serve pizzas, which to some might not fit well with a good seafood restaurant but, as we got free pizza bread on the side, i can tell they are delicious as well. It’s on our list this week as well :)And lastly, the service, which i read is not good in may places here lately, i give high grade as well. You can see immediately this is a family ran restaurant and also the waiters seem to be local. Everyone has a smile on and you really feel welcome. This is our favorite on the island and as we come to Hvar every year, it will remain our “Must stop”, couple of times :)
