Since we got there, we noticed the place was magical. We got our menu days before and were so excited about it because it sounded amazing. Their service is familiar but very professional, they all know what theyâre doing and thatâs why food and wine taste so good. The food seems deeply studied to be combined with the perfect match, and the whole dinner was a new experience for us. Will definitely come back with friends!Dear Lia. I was twice in this restaurant in last month. Once with French and Spanish clients and second time with German clients. Each time we were super satisfied with everything. Polite service, nice ambient, really tasty food which was quickly prepared. They have also free wi-fi. Outside there is big parking place and playground for the kids. Definitely recommended place. really thanks is a plasure for has have clients like you many thanks again

Everything I had was very good, drinks are amazing and the service is very good. Try the pizza and the the lasagna and you will be very happy about going to Plaza Alterra. If you are in the area don't miss it.

I didn't expect such a nice meal in Jarabacoa but surprise!!! My favorite meal, chicken parmigiana was done perfectly and that says a lot since it can be cooked so many different ways. The table service, the extras, the service were all really great. I had no issues at all with neighboring establishments so I don't know what all the fuss was about in one review. It is true however, that in the DR, there are no rules about how load or obnoxious a bar or grocery store can bet with super loud music. So there is little an individual can do since the police also do nothing but ask for money there (they stopped me three times for money so I am not kidding!). I recommend this restaurant as a must go to if you plan on visiting Jarabacoa.
