As the headline of this review goes, this restaurant makes high cuisine for very good value. I particularly recommend oysters (ostras de la ria de Aveiro), which are delicious and cooked in a very original way. The tuna dish (atum rabilho) with gazpacho, avocate cream, etc are worth to try. Very good fish, particularly cod, which I think it is one of their especialities. Good desserts, try the strawberries with vanilla and vodka. The service could not be better in all senses. after two weeks of outstanding seafood, we needed a break, and Musgo was the perfect choice. We had two different veggieburgers, which were amply sized and extremely tasty. the kitchen is probably half the size of yours at home, but they manage to prepare a fairly wide range of excellent vegan foods in full view of the patrons. Sadly, no wine. Hey Bruce,Thank you for your exelent review, we try our best in that small kitchen to make the best food has possible:)About the wine there must be a misunderstanding because we have a wide range of wines all vegan, including organic ones and also craft beers and sidras, maybe somehow we forgot to give the drinks menu or you miss it? We were wandering around trying to find a place for a quick lunch and stumbled into this restaurant. One look at the menu and setting convinced me that it had to be at least decent. The attention to detail was obvious. Although there was not much English spoken, service was polite and solicitous. The food took center stage, with dishes carefully and imaginatively prepared. Everything was delicious, well presented and fairly priced. We would return in a second. Highly recommended!
