This restaurant should be renamed "Jolly BAD Indian Restaurant" Service was poor and took nearly 20 minutes before our order was taken even though I went up twice to ask for service. Although initially poor food came out quite quickly after order FINALLY made. OK, we always believe that if you go to a restaurant like Indian, or Japanese or Korean etc etc you want authentic food. This food was toned down for westerners I believe and as a consequence the food was very very bland with no taste of India at all. Would never go again as I wanted spice and there was NO spice at all . . . . . . So I would normally say go and see for yourself BUT NOT IN THIS CASE - DO NOT BOTHER !!!!!! So Jolly Good - for us you were Jolly Bad !!

We decided on the banquet as the menu had too much choice and we couldn't decide. We could choose 2 curries and we chose the goat which was a little chewy and the chicken with fenugreek. Both were very tasty and pretty hot even though we asked for medium. The entree platter was big and we left feeling very full. Excellent and attentive service, though a little slow with food coming out considering the place was almost empty, but we noticed they did quite a few takeaways.Recommended.

We enjoyed a banquet, the food was tasty and varied. The staff were pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
I didn't dine in, just had the tandoori takeaway which was very good. I had the tandoori platter for 2, and it would have been plenty for two people, even though I only had half and then the rest the next night.I also ordered the garlic naan but was underwhelmed due to the oily content and not too much garlic. However, I generally do prefer my nan on the dry side.Overall I was quite happy with the meal and would recommend the restaurant.Staff were attentive and efficient and my order was ready when they said it would be.
