The restaurant is on the Liverpool Road in Burwood and getting parking can be a challenge. The food here is awesome and authentic Indian. We had the vegetable platter, assortment of breads, village special chicken curry and paneer kurchan. All of them were lip smacking good. The ambiance is ok but not fine dining. The service is very friendly and prompt.

I am in Sydney for almost an year now. I have tried many restaurants. By far, the best north Indian food that I had was at Abhis. The restaurant has a decent ambience as well. High Chairs available for kids. I ordered palak chaat, Dal Makhni, Nans, Butter Chicken, Shahi Paneer, and Double ka maza. The food was well prepared and presented. will definitely go again.

This used to be my favourite Indian restaurant in Sydney. I have taken so many of my friends and family to this place over the years. But, I had a few of bad experiences recently. I visited last week with my family from overseas only to show them my favourite Indian restaurant in Sydney when the food turned out to be pathetic. I complained to the waitress who told me that the food for our table was cooked by someone else as the chef was away at that moment. She sent complimentary deserts for our table which was also pathetic and which we didn't want. I was shocked to see how casual they were about the incident and did nothing much to offer remedy even when she knew I am very regular there. I won't visit this place anymore. Luckily, I have found equally good places, if not better.

My husband and I went there last night for dinner. We were delightfully surprised. The food was delicious, the best Indian I have had. The restaurant itself was a nice friendly place to sit and eat our meal. The service was good.We will definitely be back.

I dropped in here for lunch when working in the area. Given that humble Homebush is not renowned as a centre of culinary excellence, I was surprised by how busy and expansive the establishment is, with a pleasant leafy veranda facing Burlington Road. The cuisine is South Indian/Sri Lankan, with an extensive menu that includes an array of South Asia favourites including hoppers and dosas, and with many vegetarian options. I had a curry, which was excellent, though next time will definitely order a marsala dosa. Service was fine, and their prices are very reasonable. Well-priced desserts too, though didn't go there (on this visit, anyway).
