The food here is great. The Garlic cheese naans are the best. Especially the Egg plant and potato curry. Man, it tops the list. Highly recommended.Thanks Dave Tangorinfor such a great feedback. Thnx a lot

Vegetable Samosas average, vegetable pakora over cooked, dry , cold and not tasty. Pappadums brown, not pale, looked like theyâd been twice cooked.Chicken madras lovely as was rice but aloo saag disappointing,looked liked a packet of frozen spinach had been stirred through a few lightly roasted potatoes and for taste a few spices added. Didnât taste good either.Naan bread average but Masala Kulcha good,all in all a mixed bag and wonât rush back.Took one hour for delivery and cost $87 including $4 delivery.Too many other good Indian restaurants in the area now to pay for average. Disappointing.

This little hidden restaurant is located in the dilapidated West Gosford shopping Centre. While the shopping centre may be on the way out, this restaurant is well appointed and located just at the end of the centre. Parking is on road or in the carpark out back. The food is great and authentic with servings being a reasonable size. Good quality ingredients make it worthwhile. We had a prawn dish and it was obvious the prawns were fresh by the taste and quality. BYO with a bottle shop located just inside Coles at the back of the centre. Plenty of people coming in and picking up takeaway as well.

I bought takeaway as the aroma on passing the shop was mouthwatering. However I did not enjoy the meal. The meat was dry and tough as though it had been sitting there for a while. Maybe the dine in option is worth a try next time.

This place has very good, consistent Indian food however lacks the atmosphere of a nice Indian restaurant which is probably why the Vietnamese place next door is always packed to the rafters and the Indian isn't. I would highly recommend Spicy Affair to friends and family. I'd also recommend a couple $$$ spent on the decor to the owners - a coat of paint, mood lighting, candles and table cloths would transfom the restaurant!
