Let the name not fool you into thinking this is a chicken centric food outlet but you can say itâs a trip down memory lane of Peshawari food where the kebabs are the best I have tasted on my tour so far. Had some Muslim colleagues with me and they were just relieved with the fact that it was a âhalalâ preparation. Went there the next day ! Rarely do I go twice in a row to a place.Thank you for leaving us a review Warren! We're so glad that you and your colleagues came to our restaurant and we hope to see you all come back again soon.

We went for dinner, after a long shopping day. Did read the raving reviews in Yelp and Tripadvisor. Sorry it was a disappointing experience. The only person interacting with consumer seemed to be ignorant of the food being served. I ordered aloo-gobi and was informed that it was not available. I ordered Chola Bhatoore. The bhatoore was fresh, but the chola was a bland and mush. It was made with Kala-chana, and lacked spices. I asked for spicy masala, they just added cut green chilies on top. We ordered Sag-paneer and Nan. The nan was flat like pan cake and the sag was barely tolerable. The prices were on the high side for self service, but cheaper than a sit down restaurant. The cutlery(?) was the cheap flimsy plastic.

Dropped in for dinner and found a clean place with fresh ingredients and a good variety of choices. Service was friendly, not overbearing, and food came out in a timely manner. Chicken saag was excellent, the chicken was incredibly moist, spinach a bit more pureed as a sauce than I am use to. This entree could probably be enough for two. Vegetables Manchurian were very spicy and in a nice pureed ancho pepper like sauce. Very spicy and could be a full meal and easily shared by two or three, Vegetables were finely chopped and shaped like a meatball fritter and in an onion pepper sauce. Garlic naan was very good and two portions. Good value and I am wanting to come back to try other things. Main course, side and naan for under $20.

I have ordered carryout from here few times. First time was Paruppu Urundai Kuzhambu and Poondu Kuzhambu (comes with rice). Both the curries were super delicious and sufficient quantity. Next couple of times, ordered Cheese Chilli Masala Dosai and Kaikari Masala Dosai. Both were delicious, and 5 stars to the sambhar, tomato chutney and coconut chutney they provide on the sides. I have eaten dosas at other places but I always feel like the chutneys provided on the side are not sufficient. Not here..Largest portions of chutneys served with dosas. They are also consistent in getting orders ready on time. Just today I placed a takeout order in the restaurant, waited for barely 6-7 minutes and my order was ready. Excellent option for vegetarians, and for a change, not your usual north/south Indian food.

I ordered one of the combo's via suggestion of the very pleasant woman at the counter . It had a vegetable masala pulav , a butter masala pav , and a soda for about $10.00 The sandwich was like a fried potato patty with a ton of pleasant spicy flavors on a spiced bun . The rice had peas , carrots and onions and again spiced very well . Since I have very little experience with Indian food I cannot comment on its authenticity , but I can say it was a wonderful lunch with an explosion of flavors for my mouth . There is no chance that I will not return , I think I found a new favorite lunch spot when in the area . I will mention again I had almost no idea what things were on the menu let alone being able to pronounce the items and the woman at the counter could not have been more polite and helpful . Check this place out !!!
