Reviews on Indian food in Bagan, Mandalay Region, Myanmar. Bagan (Burmese: ပုဂံ; MLCTS: pu.gam, IPA: [bəɡàɴ]; formerly Pagan) is an ancient city located in the Mandalay Region of Myanmar. From the 9th to 13th centuries, the city was the capital of the Pagan Kingdom, the first kingdom that unified the regions that would later constitute modern Myanmar. During the kingdom's height between the 11th and 13th centuries, over 10,000 Buddhist temples, pagodas and monasteries were constructed in the Bagan plains alone, of which the remains of over 2,200 temples and pagodas still survive to the present day.

We were the only ones in this restaurant and we couldn't understand why! It is low season but we loved this place!! The staff were lovely. We ordered the Burmese coconut curry which was delicious and a thai green curry which was different from other green curries we've had but lovely flavour! The pork was slightly tough but otherwise food was brilliant!! After dinner we had a pineapple juice and whiskey which was made with fresh pineapple and was delicious and a gin and fresh lime juice they cost 1500 a drink which we thought was amazing value for the quality. Would highly recommend!

Place was so good we went back for seconds. The chapati with beef curry is my personal favourite. Staff was very friendly and even gave us extra chapati in exchange for rice. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

The worst Indian food in the world. Coming from a Indian guy. Please save your money and go somewhere else. The owner doesn't take constructive criticism, even sand tastes better. Save your money and please go somewhere else. The food is super bad!
This says that it is an Indian restaurant but serves a variety of Chinese Indian and local cuisines. I have the potato curry and the beef curry which were both delicious. The breads that accompanied the curries were lovely and freshly made. Staff are very helpful. Recommended.
