Good spacious rooms at good prices
Reviewed By K4810XXrossmWe were a family of 3 staying for part of March break. King suite with a King bed and a double bed gave us lots of room. Room was clean and spacious, with a nice shower/tub in the bathroom. The included breakfast was good and convenient (eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, muffins). There was an issue with one of the two tv's in the room but the staff dealt with it. Hotel is close to the 401 but our room faced the inner courtyard and was quiet even with the windows open.

Loud and feeling unsafe
Reviewed By RottedCurrently here , last night was loud. Ambulance out side 4 am with nalxcone kit. Someone running in hall banging on doors. Screaming. Last week Witnessed a guy get jumped in hall. Big blood stain remains on floor. Ladys of the evening frequent visitors. Loud noises not for children to hear. Staff seem to turn blind eye to it. The place needs security on weekends. Friday to Sunday. Stayed here often last few years. Months at a time. Not impressed this stay. The place is going down hill. Like the motel 6 across the street. Nut house

Reviewed By Eddie ETerrible,lot of shady characters walking around esp the 1st floor we paid for 4 nights left after 3.Worse stay ever.Was loud and noisy terrible checkin ,had cancelled our reservation as check at 3 pm the room was not ready and was told come back later and bring your luggage with you.paid for 4 days left after 3 as did not feel comfortable or safe there.

Good Budget Hotel - close to downtown
Reviewed By James BThis is a small Mom-n-Pop motel, with just 8 rooms, close to downtown Whitby. My room was a clean, bed comfortable, but there was no desk. I had to use the dressing area counter to sit at. This may have been because there was a 1/2 size second bed, and the room was small. A single-bed room might be better, but was the last room available. Parking is tight, the lot is small. But overall a good room at a budget price.

Amazing Staff, Super Clean
Reviewed By christinemS1474XUMy recent 3 night stay was excellent. My room was sparkling clean, well stocked with towels and the bed is super comfortable. On the first morning I had an issue with the shower faucet, reported it to the front desk and it was rectified by the time I came back later in the day. Also dropped my cell phone in the parking lot without realizing, a staff member found it and handed it in, what a relief!! From the moment I checked in and every staff member i interacted with, I received amazing customer service. Have to be back in Whitby for business in May and will be staying here again.
