Reviewed By mifazzfFamily rooms are confortable and general services are good. For the breakfast you have to go up to the 6th floor where a wonderfull view on the seaside; products served are really nice and fresh. Very friendly staff.

Reviewed By Oisin GBooked as stopover to Otranto for two nights from arrival at .bari airport. extremely misleading description from booking.com, beware! nobody to welcome us, clueless teenage son eventually showed us room. 38degrees and the air con not put on in readiness meant room unbearable for hours. The mum eventually arrived, no apology. Could not put sofa bed up for son, we had to help. No info on amenities, only s list of rules. Room fair size but impossible to sit up in the bed as no head board and big gap to wall. No toiletries and bathroom basic at best. V small towels and cheap quality. Lots of bird poo left on balcony. Fridge available for guests to leave stuff or wild have been unbearable. Breakfast day one, we were told by another guest it wold be 8.30. Male owner arrived, OK fresh croissants, poor coffee from machine, had to ask for juice, he brought warm pear juice. No other food or drink. Website said shared pool. They didn't seem to want guests to know about this. Gave directiion, in their own v plush home. Buzzed in, ,v nice pool and area but had to use toilet in a basement flat, v odd . Dog excrement on grass, strong smell! Owner totally ignored us there, didn't tell us was leaving property, front gate locked us in, we had to climb over wall to leave! Zero apology for this. Breakfast next day , failed to turn up till 9 , we left hungry and in disgust. An absolute shambles, they should be ashamed, not worth half of the 95 a night they charged!
