Bed Bugs and Room Under Construction
Reviewed By kylehV9077ILI booked 3 rooms for members in my family to attend our Dad's Funeral. Upon arrival, I found one room was under construction. When I asked the front desk for a new room they informed me that they were fully booked and did not have any rooms available. I was told "there is nothing we can do" by both the front desk and customer support. They weren't even willing to try and accommodate my family another Holiday Inn location nearby. There was zero effort put forth. Our family ended up having to try and find a hotel last minute. The next night my sister's family woke up with bug bites and low and behold they found both mattresses infested with bed bugs. Again, the front desk put forth little effort in trying to resolve this issue. Their family ended up moving hotels. The pictures I am showing clearly indicated this isn't something that is recent and the infestation has been established for some time. Anyone cleaning the room would have recognized the problem, but simply ignored it.

Reviewed By melissaa140I felt safe at this hotel. There were plenty of families staying there. The rooms looked like they have been recently updated so it was nicer than I was expecting. They had a pool and a continental breakfast. I would stay here again.
