Our restaurants serve great food in a light an airy setting and during summer we also open up our outdoor restaurant. Don't miss a visit to our gym or go for a swim in our salt water pool. We also have a spa with a relax area where you can reward yourself with a wonderful spa treatment. Our hotel has a conference capacity with flexible meeting rooms for up to 700 participants. If you travel by car you may park in our garage. As a guest you´ll have access to free WiFi.

Reviewed By SeayeaitchFor the want of a mail ! Excellent hotel, superb location, wonderful facilities but only one person on reception ! The logic beggars belief. A simple plug for the bathroom sink was missing, no one available to look for it! They did offer to provide me with another room , but after traveling all day arriving unpacking and settling in the last thing you want to do is to repack and relocate rooms. Apologies are fine, but the point is often overlooked, we choose to stay in good hotels that have a certain reputation, one assumes that behind the scenes management is good that cleanliness is paramount in fact with the Scandic Park, reputation one expects facilities to work. It’s disappointing to learn that when a problem is highlighted then there are no staff to manage.

Clarion Collection Hotel Atlantic is located in Sandefjord town centre. The hotel was built in 1914, most of the rooms were renovated in 2012. Coffee, tea and fruit are available 24/7, 3-6pm we offer Afternoonn Sweets, and 6-9 pm we serve Tonight's Special (eveningmeal) - all included in the roomrate. The hotel has 112 comfortable rooms, both standard and upgrade rooms. All rooms are spacious with minibar, TV, free WiFi and private bathroom. The hotel has a total conference capacity of max 130 guests in 4 conference rooms. The largest conference room has a capacity of 60 (classroom lay-out). Indoor parking NOK 150/24 hours.

Reviewed By avman67This hotel is housed in a building built in 1690. So there is a lot of history behind it. The outside of the hotel needs a bit of upkeep, but the inside is fully renovated and looks beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Furnishings are in the general theme of a royal hotel. So chairs and couches are posh and bedspreads have deep purple or red colorings. You do feel like royalty when staying there. The lobby is not large, but staff are welcoming and kind. If you need anything just ask. They know a great deal about the area and can work out almost any problem quickly. Prices are generally high in Norway so this hotel is about average for the surrounding area. The bathroom is nice and comfortable. Plenty of space to shower and clean up in the morning. There is not much ventilation in the room so during warmer weather I expect rooms to be rather hot. Even during the warm spring day I was there the room was a bit stuffy by the end of the day. There is a window that can be opened if you like - however I had a cat with me so doing so was not an option. The opening created would have allowed the cat out. So much of the stuffiness in my room was my own fault. We stayed over the Norway 17 May celebration. So our breakfast was very special for the day. It was absolutely wonderful with many delicious choices. But others should not expect this same level of breakfast when they come since this was the national holiday breakfast. If you do happen to come for this event, enjoy the champagne served with breakfast and all the traditional Norwegian items you can sample. There are also parades that start right outside the hotel - so don't plan on sleeping late. The cannon will wake you up for sure. I would love to return to this area again and I would choose this hotel right away.

Reviewed By TriptanightClean small and basic room. Great service and good food. Closest hotel to Torp airport (taxi to airport cost me 250kr) next to the hotel is a large gas station, McDonald’s and an OBS (food & other goods)
