Reviewed By Johannes PHave been here two days, and it takes a little bit before you see all the details in this hotel. It is the 70's all over, fantastic. But also a familiar atmosphere with very nice people. Breakfast with homemade Croissants, bio-juice and local jam, they put a lot of love in the details... Very clean. We will be back?

Super little place
Reviewed By MarncooksFirst, understand, this is a hotel in a residential neighborhood and that San Terenzo is on the outskirts of Lerici. Once you come to grips with these two principles, you can open up to the joy that is this small, family run hotel. Spotlessly, squeakily clean, its rooms come with a street access with balcony ( on a v busy road) or the quieter option, facing the secure, private, free car park. The rooms are basically but comfortably furnished- mine had a fridge which is a bonus. Call before turning up as the charming owner has to run around the corner to let you in. There is a little car parking area where you can pull up to make that call about 50 m from the hotel. The owner was a delight, preparing information on local sights and transportation options. The hotel is an easy 4 minute stroll (for someone with a recovering broken hip) to some of the finest restaurants in the area. The seafront is glorious and is reminiscent of an old fashioned seaside town, which I adore. It was buzzing on a late May Monday night. A real find!

Reviewed By Vyacheslav DQuiet big room, with view at small beautiful courtyard. Owner is very friendly and responsive, helped us with all questions! Fresh ans clean linen and towels. Close to beach and supermarket. Good restaurant with tasty food. Good breakfast. Room was at second floor so please take it into account if at wheelchair

Relaxd breakout on Italian Riviera
Reviewed By MMajoFantastic view on the La Spezia gulf. Very warm and friendly service, rooms with clean and comfortable fitting and most of them (I assume) with sea view. If you stay for dinner you may enjoy a variety of very well prepared fish specialities form the young and promising chef. A romntic and initmate palce to stay for a romantic break or simply with friends.
