Reviewed By JulienBANQWe spent a lovely morning in Rose. When we arrived at Forte Rose, we asked if it was possible to have a table for a drink (coffee / tea), around 10 am. The hotel was empty, no table used, no clients. First, we've been told by a sorry waiter that all the tables were booked for the lunch. It was 10 am...Ok... Then we showed him tables not dressed for the lunch, and he asked his manager if we could have a tea or coffee. The manager, an angry man (still wondering why he is working in hospitality), told us no, even for a coffee or a tea. When we insisted a bit, he spoke in serbian to another employee (angrily), asking him to tell us no again. The place is lovely, the staff is certainly working under terror, but the owner / manager is just working in the wrong industry, hospitality is not an understood word for him.

The apartments are modern, clean and extremely well presented and the hosts and super helpful and friendly, and pride themselves on sky-high customer service. Thanks Nebojc and Peja for a great stay - we love this place so much we keep coming back!
