Welcome to the sunWhether you visit us virtually or in person - we look forward to your visit in Radfeld / Rattenberg The Hotel Sonnhof is situated on the broad, sun-kissed bowl of the Tyrolean Inntal valley, nestled amid superb mountain scenery and surrounded by idyllic bathing lakes and family-friendly ski areas. The small town of Radfeld borders the glass town of Rattenberg. You will be charmed by the mediaeval appearance of the town, the glass processing business and the various cultural events.
Wonderful couple of days - home from home
Reviewed By HeidiFGWe have just spent 4 nights here - a family of 6. We absolutely loved the ‘homely’ atmosphere at the hotel. From the first day on you are made welcome - kids are free to explore hotel, use pool or garden toys as and when they want (our boys (10&14) shared a room and loved to go for quick swims before breakfast). Andy & staff remember names & fav drinks from the beginning - which really makes you feel valued as a guest. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy & team - they even went to collect a cake for us from a neighbouring town! Rooms are pretty old fashioned / traditional but all very clean and spacious. Food is great & lovely home cooked! Need to wean myself off the 4 course dinners now though! Location is great for excursions and esp outdoor activities - zip lining, tubing & water rafting & obviously the mountains. Recommended the hotel already! Thank you Andy & team!!!

Good value for money
Reviewed By TviViTHotel Alpenblick offers good value for money, especially if you choose the half board. The food is delicious and varied. The hotel staff are very nice and sympathetic people. The size of a typical Alpenblick's room for all hotels in the Tyrol. The only disadvantage of Alpenblick - the location, it is a bit far from the main ski slopes. But located in a quiet village near the highway. By the way, the highway is not heard. Nearby in the neighboring town of beautiful spa center.

Reviewed By rik592016La pensione si trova in una eccellente posizione a pochi minuti dall’uscita dell’autostrada. Ampio parcheggio privato, accoglienza molto cordiale, ampia camera con comodissimo bagno. Ogni comfort in massima tranquillita’. Ottima e abbondante colazione sia dolce che salato. Altamente raccomandato!

Its not a hotel its a guesthouse
Reviewed By TheSpidersEndured 4 nights at this place as part of a Ledger holidays tour.The rooms are clean and tidy and there are plenty of coat hangers. Thats the good points. In the bathroom limited facilities in the form of one bottle of hand wash and another of shower gel. No sanitary bags,tissues,etc,.4 mismatched towels(Not changed) The meals here are supplied by the woman owner who wants you seated for dinner at 1900 sharp or she comes knocking on your door like a wild thing!! Two choices at dinner time must be told at breakfast, watery soup (No roll or bread) salad consists of a chopped cos lettuce in a watery dressing. No fresh veg only one night with frozen french beans.Most food was overcooked and you could have soled your shoes with the pork chop! One alternate meal was fried potatoes(Boiled in oil) and 1 egg!!! yuk. You cannot complain as no member of staff speaks English, so swat up on your german. When you go out for the day fill up at lunchtime is my best advice. There is wine and beer available with dinner( 20 euros for wine and 4.5 for beer.No coffee offered (Don't ask) There is no bar either so nothing to do in the evening t.v. in room in german. Its a 20 minute walk from the end of the little road(turn left) to 2 bars and a pizza place.Or turn right and a 15 minute walk takes you to another bar.(cheaper) No other shops nearby.By the way if you dare be late back she locks the door!!! One couple asked for coffee then and NO was the reply. We were glad to be out of this place, hated it.
