Village des Ciagles is the ideal place for visitors looking for calm, comfort, but also sport activities. Located in the South West of France, in the Lot Department, the area offers many assests: a generous nature and a beautiful wildlife with over 100km marked hiking trails around the Village des Cigales and 100% local produces (honey producers, organic farms, vineyards of Cahors and the Lot Valley ...) We hope to see you soon on Village des Cigales !
Great holiday, but very French
Reviewed By Michael OLovely site and free amenities, but not fully open until mid July/Aug when the main continental holidays start. Owner speaks French, Dutch & German but only a little English. Local town has little holiday maker focus (but 3 nice supermarkets). A peaceful location, nice pool and free tennis/boules. Remember that french swimming pools require proper trunks, not swim shorts! WIFI is excellent (though it did fail during our second week, we think because we were watching UK TV every night and we exceeded his data-plan!)
