Our family is stranded in Florida at the airport, and we booked one of the last rooms in the area through Priceline with this hotel. There was some confusion at the hotel level regarding the final price and instead of calling me or priceline as advised, they gave the room away. Family arrived and they lied and claimed the credit card/phone number were entered wrong (I was already charged and phone number correct with priceline). Family had to taxi back to airport and slept on the floor. Poor communication and laziness. Called the hotel 7 times and phone rang through without answer to try and discuss with them to understand what transpired. Can you just treat people a little better?

Reviewed By ChoupLGThe hotel is dirty and old, see photos. We were supposed to stay one night - arrival at 9pm. When we get there, they tell us our room had been cancelled. An email had been sent to us two hours before at 7pm (we were in the plane)! Instead of a room for 4 at 105 dollars, they magically found a room for 2 at 270 dollars! So some of us had to sleep on the floor without a mattress and on a chair. I beg you, go somewhere else.

Reviewed By HannuVantaaltaThey didn't find my reservation when I arrived, although I had a confirmed and paid reservation. After quite a few minutes a room was given me, however. The room was very basic, reasonably clean but very noisy. Also, the TV didn't work at all and the a/c blew very cold air and it was not adjustable. In the end, I had to turn it off because it was way too cold in the room.

Reviewed By Wolverine154Mostly because the wifi hardly worked at all during my 3 night stay-and not at all the last 12 hours. I was given a room just across the street and I was getting 2 mpbs on my speedtest app v. 200+ when I was standing in the lobby-where the router was! They need to put in a simple $100 wifi extender in that building. The room was just strange. No chairs-no table. Just a beat up old end table at the bed-apparently it was found some prior day out by their dumpster. No art at all just grey beat up walls yet the bathroom was sparkling and modern-it appears to have just been updated which was a strange juxtaposition with the rest of the decor or lack thereof. Finally, the coup de grace so to say, were the front desk staff-all seemingly Bolshevik style aggrieved Cubanos who have yet to have been taught by the Castros how to smile. Chill, comrades, chill.
