Reviewed By alixrapComfortable hotel but not helping staff. I arrived, it is not my first time here. On my floor there was a very bad cigar smelling. I went to the reception to indicate the problem. They don’t even disturb themselves to come to see for themselves if my indication was real. Considering is a not smoking hotel I expected them to perform some kind of inspection. I hope there is no fire during the night, as the hotel has moquette on the room floor. A little bit outdated. The rest is ok, but considering the price of the room I expected to be more customer oriented.
