The elevators were located some distance from the lobby and were not clean. There were a number of hand sanitizing stations but all were empty with the exception of a huge bottle on the floor at the entry to the pool. No microwave. Icemaker on our floor didn't work and the one on the floor above was missing a place to set the ice bucket while filling with ice. We were in a "handicapped" room as no other room was availableand all the Holiday Inn Express locations were booked. We had been traveling all day. We both wanted a shower but, we had to tolerate a flooded bathroom floor as there was no way to keep the water from just running out onto the floor and still have the shower accessible Mold in the shower. $15.00 for a breakfast that I was unaware there was a charge for. and more.......

Reviewed By cbowli897851Room phone dead, closet wouldn’t open, heater only emits cold air, overcharged at check in. However room clean, quiet and bed comfortable. Continental breakfast meager, but cheese and egg sandwiches were very good.

Reviewed By K2777MPandrewpAshley was an excellent host she was extremely polite and was attentive to my needs. Cheryl in the morning was very nice and extremely helpful. The coffee bar was well stocked. I always love staying at the buddlake NJ extended stay.
