Reviews on Healthy food in Beirut, Lebanon. Often called "Paris of the Middle East", Beirut is a thriving hotspot for shopping, socializing and sightseeing, despite many wars and unrest. The city has been rebuilt several times, with modern architecture sharing space with Ottoman and colonial French buildings. Bustling streets such as Hamra and Ashrafieh provide hopping nightlife while the National Museum and the Gibran Museum give visitors a taste of the city's history. The Corniche is the place for activities like jogging and biking.

Dar Bistro and Books is an oasis tucked away in a hidden alley in Hamra. Dar is a place where one can dine, catch up with friends over coffee, or read and unwind in one of Beirut's last few remaining gardens.
I'd go back here in a heartbeat. I went for breakfast and had a nice bagel with egg and cheese and bacon. My other half had some clay pot eggs with lamb which he was enraptured with.Quirky and cool, if I lived in Beirut this would be my local brunch spot for sure.
Hamra new neighborhood Hangout. A classic Resto bar with the best cocktails and the most contagious chill vibes.

Our friend recommended this place for breakfast - brunch and we were not disappointed! It's a small, extremely organised and very clean place. On the menue we can find all healthy options including famous superfoods. Everything is nicely served and you may also create your own compositions. We got a small pomegranate juice, two sandwiches eggs on avocados, one big salad and a portion of cereales. Apart from cereales, the portions were decent and the quality of food was really good. The portion of cereales (our own composition) was tiny and it cost about 7 usd... I would not recommend taking that... All together we paid about 50 usd.The service was very helpful and kind, but too quick! I felt like they were checking on us every other minute if we finished something. I would appreciate if I had a bit more space during my breakfast Overall, it is a really good option for a nice, healthy breakfast in Beirut!

Nothing beats gordon's and it's wide spread of original tastes in town. Go for Italian, Indian or even american orders, you'll always be shocked how the authentic tastes are preserved and served pure in your dish. Service is excellent and prices reflect the 5 stars Hotel and area.
