Tras visitas anteriores en las que hemos salido encantados, nos ha tocado vivir un autentico fiasco.La mitad de los platos , de una carta ya pequeña se habian terminado.Pedimos la ensalada de ventresca que previamente nos habian recomendado y nos la sirven sin su ingrediente principal , la cebolla caramelizada y no nos dicen nada.Pedimos un vino , y se les ha terminado, tomamos otro.El cordero encargado, esta vez sin mas, lo hemos comido mucho mejor otras veces.El baño averiado, nos dicen vayamos al otro local.Todo esperpentico y justo en una celebracion familiar importante.Me parece que no volveremos en mucho tiempo.

I´ve been there several times and I can say that so far it´s been one of the nicest places to eat I´ve ever been. Very close to Bizkaia Bridge you can chose between menus from 18 euros or "a la carte" menu. Every single thing you have in the menu is homemade. I would point out the "txipirones" (squids with caramelized onions...wonderful!!), croquettes, the quality of the steaks, a nice cod with a "pil pil" sauce (the most famous recipe to cook a cod in Bizkaia), and an outstanding custard. The owner and the waitress are always helpful and friendly, and the cook is just brilliant.....it´s worth it!!!

We walked the very nice marina of Getxo and wondered in this restaurant hoping in a nice meal. We were not disappointed at all.The sangria was delicious, the meat amazing and just cooked for us, the croquettes were delicious.It was quite and, although we thought it was slightly pricy for a lunch menu, it was worth it and the service was very nice. They do offer also nights with concerts and shows and it all brings to a great environment with a great waterfront view

Good food many deferent pinchos to try nice ambience a cool drinks. Good vibes next to the beach. So the best place to go after the beach.

All the outside tables were full, so we decided to look inside and saw a great selection of pintxos so decided to sit down and try. We tried most of them, had some lovely red wine as well and couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. We were that impressed we went back the following evening. I wish we had stayed longer in Getxo, because we really wanted to go back again.
