Puerto Morelos. The Salmon was extraordinary. Their Spaghetti Bolognese tended to be dry, as in meaty with very, very little sauce. Portions were of medium size. A good wine by the bottle list, by the glass is much more restrictive. With 3 reds and 3 whites. A bit disappointing. If you, like me, prefer dinner without music, you will not find it here. While it is jazzy soft, I just do not like hearing it while I eat. Coupled with in house musicians, street singers with amplified sound appeared. My worst experience so far in this city. Not at all the restaurants fault, just my preference. I would go back to several others before coming back here.

Grill located in Puerto Morelos, inside Unico Beach. Ideal for a day with family or friends, where you can enjoy good music, delicious drinks and grilled food in a relaxed atmosphere.
I'm surprised Unico doesn't have more reviews ... I've been to PM twice and have spent many a day, happy hour and early evening there. The ceviche is outstanding, but even better is the stuffed avocado. The happy hour is short - just one hour, but the drinks are great and the service is as well. On the weekends they sometimes have music. Beach chairs for 2 plus an umbrella are $6 and well worth it. GO! you won't be disappointed. Oh and bonus ... decent house wine and the Aperol Spritz is lovely.
