We were lucky to have arrived on the night that the Salinda restaurant was having a buffet BBQ event with live music. The spread was absolutely amazing, the ambiance and the live band were all perfect and made for a perfect arrival to this beautiful resort. We ate another night here and although Vietnamese Cuisine is not our favorite, the quality of food was very good. The desserts were spectacular so save room! The Salinda Resort is perfect in every way including the main restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options for different cuisine tastes. Even the cappuccino and lattes were included unlike many other resorts. The staff are excellent and service superb. Highly recommended.

Had dinner and drinks on what I assumed will be a simple evening turned out to be a pretty pleasant one. Van, the owner, came out to have a quick chat with us before our food came. Food was great (the ribs!), drinks were also great. Although the prices might be a little steep compared to the local food around, but you get what you pay for. Will definitely visit again if I'm back. We had lunch here and had the thu phuong springrolls which were amazing! Also the chicken skewers and barracuda were terrific. Definitely a good choice!The service however was a big letdown. The lady who helped us did not really feel like it, it seemed. When she didn't understand us, she just walked away. Maybe she had an off day, but the food was so good this place still deserves a good recommendation!

The restaurant is right outside Novotel and a 5-minute ride by motorbike from InterContinental. Kimchi ramen is very very delicious. BBQ is very delicious too. The staff are friendly. You got 6 dish free appetizers and water is free so you don't need to buy water if you don't want to.
