Reviews on Grill food in Kamari, South Aegean, Greece. The coastal village of Kamari features the beaches and ruins that are typical of Greek islands, but also boasts unusual attractions like an open-air cinema. Stray from the black pebble shores and head up to the site of Ancient Thira, where the stone remains of houses, markets, baths and temples will impress you with their size and structure. Sip local vintages at the Gaia Winery, then relax at an outdoor café as you watch the sun sleepily drop below the horizon, washing the sky with warm Aegean light.

Eat greek... Authentic Greek Gyros , souvlaki, kebab, pizza with gyros, mousaka, pasta with gyros, burgers, fish souvlaki, steaks, salads, roast vegetable and traditional santorini dishes All fresh and handmade
You can get the best gyros there, by far, on the entire island. But also the vegetarian dishes are extremely delicious. My mom instantly fell in love with this restaurant and didn't want to go anywhere else for the rest of our vacation (she is vegetarian). Our waitress, Vaso, was super friendly and charming. And also made us feel very welcomed everytime we came to eat. I wish there would be waitresses like here everywhere. And yet there is only one thing to say for me right now: yummy yummy yummy I would love to have it again in my tummy :D

Amelia Tavern-Restaurant is near on the beach in Kamari. Serving grilled meats and fillets, Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, Seafood, Pasta and Pizza. Local Santorini wines
Sad we only visited once! We tried this restaurant (ironically the closest to our hotel) on our last night in Santorini - felt happy to eat there but wished we had found it earlier! Attentive friendly service, generous with complimentary appetisers / dessert and a good selection of quality food at reasonable prices. Couldnât fault it at all. A refreshing revisit to Greek hospitality on Santorini.

Saliveros taverna offer very good home made Greek food for lunch and dinner. It is a family driven place founded in 1956 who also rent out rooms at the seaside. Maroulia, Petros and their children are always welcoming you warmly and do their best to make
We enjoyed the family-run restaurant in Kamari several times during our Cyclades holidays. The cuisine is really good - we can recommend especially mussels in ouzo and filled calamari as well as rabbit stifato and the plate with various starters. All the family members are extremely friendly and make a dinner at the beach a terrific event.

On the beautiful beach side of Kamari lies the Restaurant Beach Bar "Dolphins". We invite you to enjoy us from the early morning overlooking the deep blue sea. We are open all day until after midnight serving great lunch and delicate evening meals and dri
Our Airbnb host recommended this place for fresh seafair. Apparently on Santorini the seafood is not always fresh and his recommendation was based on the fact that this is one of the few restaurants that does get fresh seafood. While the location is absolutely stunning, the seafood was not as great as we are accustomed. We started with a platter of shared seafood appetizers which included shrimps, octopus, calamari, olives and tomatoes. The shrimps were ginormous and very tasty the fried octopus and calamari were so-so, but the octopus salad was really fantastic. The fish dishes that we had for our main course were all tasty. The service was very good. Given the location, the prices were fairly reasonable, particularly on the island of Santorini. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
