Stayed at the hotel on b&b basis but found ourselves eating at the hotel most nights given the good quality food and friendly service - restaurant constantly full - so HB well worth considering. Great to see regional dishes - and excellent Austrian wines!

This was a good option for dinner - a good range of options for starters, salads, Austrian traditional mains, and some special options to grill your own food. The beef tartar starter was good, a well prepared mix of flavors, served with capers, pickles and chili pepper and toasted bread. The mixed salad was good, a traditional mix of salad, potato salad, carrots and cabbage. The oven baked potato with mushrooms was a massive portion of two potatoes. There is a good range of wines by the glass, beers and other drinks. Service was good, and value was reasonable.

I visited Austria with Greek friends. They are very selective with food and the donât like trying new tastes. I was stressed about that. I have eaten in papa joeâs before, so I decided to take them there. And I did right. There was something for everyone. And for me, as always, the chicken crispy salad. The best salad ever.

Pro: pretty location with nice views right next to the adventure park. Cons: slow and unfriendly service (probably due to us not being locals), open smoking inside and outside. Not recommended.
