Spécialités de viandes Corses, cuisson au feu de bois. Le restaurant ne prend pas la carte bancaire.
The restaurant has a beautiful garden, so you sit in a romantic ambience underneath trees. Sometimes there is some live music, they play guitar and sing songs in french, corsican or spanish. The staff was very nice, not only professional but also amicable, when we went there the second time they recognized us and we were even welcomed by handshake. The food and wine was delicious and cooked above average. It's not cheap but also not especially expensive and definetly worth the price. We ca. 30⬠per person, wine included. I had both times meat which was very soft and tender. I would have only wished, that they serve not only potatoes with the meat, but also a little bit of vegetable. This restaurant was a highlight during our holidays!

We walked into the GR 20 because we needed help. We were staying in an apartment just across the street, I couldn't get hold of the agent and my cell phone died! The people there couldn't have been more helpful. Once we were settled in we went over for something to eat...and what a surprise when we walked into the back. The room is modern and sophisticated in style and the service was very good but what really excited us was the wood burning oven. We ordered a pizza and it was superb. My daughter lives in Brooklyn, NY and the pizza at GR 20 was as good as any I've had there. I love frogs legs and these were divine, with just the right amount of garlic (which means lots). The pizza, 3 glasses of wine, a cafe and an eau de vie was 19euro, very reasonable for the quality, service and the ambience.

In long time I havenât had a delicious pizza. Thin, crispy crust and a fantastic combination of flavours. It takes a 20 minutes walk from the port, but is worth finding this place. Excelllent service. Well done,

The Restaurant la Santa became our favourite place to eat out when we stayed in the nearby village of Muro in May 2015. Parking is easy as there is a church carpark opposite the restaurant. We received a warm welcome from the manager and were seated on the outside terrace with fabulous, far-reaching sea views. As it was chilly, the terrace was enclosed and heaters turned on. There is an extensive choice of menu chalked on tall blackboards that are balanced precariously by the table. Options included boar, goat, lamb, beef, chicken, duck, pork, and various fish. The menu changed daily. There is also a pizza menu with a wide choice of toppings. Highly recommended.

Very tasty burgers here and the home made fried potatoes are excellent. The service is pretty good, the terrace is a bit small but very cozy and discrete. Probably one of the best views of the port.Desert is very good too
