It is fast food but with a quality level that is far and above that category. Freshly prepared, great flavors, lots of options. Food quality is better than many established restaurants in the area. We love this place. Recommended.

Mary and I stopped in for an early Saturday evening dinner, before our show. This makes our fourth time in this newly opened bistro. Very clean place with attentive staff. Very good home cooking at reasonable prices. We had the chicken quesadilla and a hamburger with bacon deluxe respectively. This night we had the pleasure to meet Nick of Peterâs Luncheonette fame in Patchogue, whom informed us heâs involved here at the Kitchen. I believe he mentioned a son does the cooking here? Anyway they have a fine pedigree with staying power.I should mention in addition to American favorites, they have tasty Greek Specialties. We found our New Place. Enjoy.

Greek-American cuisine.
The food was great, but unfortunately our server was uncaring. Never came over to see how everything was and gave us the check without even asking if we wanted coffee or dessert, and we know their desserts are excellent. We assured the couple we brought there that the place isn't always like that.

Stopped in for lunch this week. Had the usual pork souvlaki. My meal always looks and tastes exactly the way it did the last time. I love that quality in a restaurant. This place is always good!!! Seems like many regulars too. Obvious why.

this restaurant knows true flavor and produces nothing short of great tasting food. The food is freshly prepared for each customer and it shows in the taste. Everything on the menu is excellent and the level of cuisine expertise is impressive. The menu is somewhat limited where seafood is concerned but if you have a taste for beef, lamb or chicken then this is the place to go. Exotic herbs and spices makes this restaurant a standout among its competitors. Desserts are also very good here but my favorite is the Fernee. Try this delicious blend of exotic custard perfectly blended with natural rose water and pistachio. Yum!
