We've played Chase many times before, the course is in very good shape for the area. Built on sand, and hard ground, surrounded by wooded area, one can get into a lot of trouble for sure! The excellent rating is due to value for price. Senior rate, with cart and coupon was $35 for 18 holes. Hot and humid day, only played nine, returned the cart key and person in club house offered (I did not ask!) and gave two free nine holes with cart for another time. Played in October one year, and they charged $1 per hole with cart, played 15, they charged $15. If you are looking for a no frills golf day at a nice course, this is it. I APPLAUD the staff, big time!
