Visited Friday, we were seated promptly. From the beginning everything was perfect. There was a great selection on the menu, there was something to suit everyone. I had the seafood chowder followed by the fish and chips, they were both really fresh and tasty. Stephanie who was our waitress was vert attentive and made great recommendations. All the staff were very helpful nothing was any trouble. We will return next time we are in Galway.

Three of us called in on a busy Wednesday evening. We had to wait about twenty minutes for a table - no problem. We were seated as promised and the menu was outlined to us most efficiently.Very good variety on the menu and we settled for Battered Fish and Chips, The Fish Special of the evening which was Hake and finally Killary Mussels. Glasses of wine for the ladies and water for the driver. The food was really good and served perfectly. Coffees followed and we were satisfied. The one disappointing feature was the cost of the glasses of wine at â¬8.60 a glass, which seemed excessive. Remarkable and very surprising given our previous experiences in this area.

After a long day of driving, my wife and I stopped in for dinner on Sunday evening and they had musicians there. While the pub was busy, the owner made sure we were seated and served promptly. My wife had the potato leek soup with goat cheese and I had the seafood chowder. We will be back on Wednesday evening because the musicians will be there again.
