A lunchtime discovery while working in the area, this place was a sparkling surprise.Location : A sufficiently pleasant pedestrian street with a few seats outside, however parking is tricky in the area and there isnât much by way of a view.Decor : Unfortunately the decor does not live up the standards set by the service and the food. In a modern style which is unrelated to the traditional-inspiration cuisine, it is rather cold and tasteless. Service : The landlord was attentive and conscientious, as well as very warm and welcome. He was passionate about his restaurant and the cuisine and provided very detailed colourful explanations of the dishes, and the service was fast and efficient.Food : This is the selling point of this restaurant : the cuisine is inspired by french traditional cuisine with a modern experimental twist and relying on local fresh ingredients. The quality was great and the food was easily the best tasting I tried in the whole Valence area. My main dish was a perfectly prepared piece of lamb with local vegetables and mushrooms and it was sincerely delicious. The dessert also did not disappoint :)Price : It is not the cheapest place in town, but it a very fair price for the quality of cuisine they served, it is still very much a good deal (3 course meal + coffee for under 30 euros).Overall, you will have no regrets about eating here and it is not far from a 5/5. Ce jour lors d'un repas entre collgues et par hasard nosu avons découvert votre adresse et nous fûmes enchantés. Les burgers somptueux et des frites maisons délicieuses. Fort de cet élan positif nous nous sommes jetés sur les desserts et là gros flop de fin de repas. Dommage et grosse déception. Le café gourmans est à la limite de la moquerie, seul le café sauve les meubles. A rectifer sans délai tellement c'est en opposition avec le reste. Sinon nous pardonnons car nosu avons passé un bon moment.

Très bonne table dans la zone industrielle, on ne s attend pas à trouver un endroit comme cela, cadre sympathique à l intérieur et belle terrasse, deco soignée, repas du jour excellent , la carte change , service impeccable, service rapide tout est bon , à faire et refaire

Bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons pris le plat du jour, très bien équilibré, féculent, légumes et poisson. Bien cuisiné, bien assaisonné, simple, efficace. Poisson très bien cuit, moelleux cuit sur sa peau grillée, avec une bonne petite sauce. Accueil très sympa. Nous reviendrons.
