Went with some friends for a birthday, we were all in our mid 30's and we caught on really quick. There are a range of difficulty levels so anyone can come in and enjoy themselves, actually the beginer games were some of the funner games. The staff here we super friendly and took the time to instruct us how everything worked and what to do, and then continued to check on us in case we had issues. As far as motion sickness goes, it was very minimal because your body is not moving. However I did get vertigo when I would look down when on something "high up", which was funny because I had to remind myself I was standing on a big flat floor. Price wise it was $25/hour and we went for two hours. For myself this is pretty good value based on how much fun we had and how fast the two hours went, time definitly flied while we were having fun. Ill definitly go back.

We had a birthday party booked for Saturday December 21, 2019. We had 7 adults and 3 children under 10. Richard was very friendly and helpful with choosing bowling shoes for all. The bowling alley was very clean. We had a great time and will plan another event in the spring with the whole family. Thank you St. Albert Bowling, we all had a great time.
