We were a family of 4 and Monique and Andre were fantastic hosts that provided a unique dining experience in their beautiful home! The food experience ranged from black caviar on white chocolate to a quail egg on caramelized onions. They also offered many different types of wine that paired nicely with each meal. We all left full and very satisfied! I would highly recommend this if you are looking to try different foods outside of the typical Costa Rican seafood. We had a great time!

"Chez Nous" Restaurant is located in the middle of the amazing garden at La Tropicale beach Lodge in Playa Carrillo. Where visitor can enjoy our different dishes in an outdoor restaurant... starting your lunch or dinner with a delicious glass of wine, fol
La Tropicale is a colorful, palm-shaded, fancifully fabric-draped melange of Costa Rica, the Caribbean and Bali, with a gregarious French host, Arnaud, and gourmet French restaurant Chez Nous that will be your best dinning experience in Costa Rica. From the garden-shaded pool we experienced more birds and butterflies than our time in Volcan Arenal, the cloud forests of Monteverdi and all our jungle driving along the Guanacaste coast. It also boasts (just a short 5 minute walk down the road) perhaps the most beautiful, palm-lined arc of white sand you will find, punctuated at sunset by unique rock formations and a picturesque small fishing fleet. If you seek adventure and something unique, artsy , fanciful and fun with a rustic- funkiness , La Tropicale is your retreat!

This family run Villa sports the BEST restaurant in Costa Rica. Patrick, the Chef is phenomenal and has cooked for royalty and many US Presidentâs.The food is exquisite, perfectly executed and incredible tasting. Dean (Patrickâs son) loves to fish and the specialty of the day is always his catch. Fantastic family, super friendly (you are welcomed like an old friend) , we went twice and could have ate there again and again. Simply the BEST! Thank you!

Wine bar & french tapas our speciality: platers to share ! We also offer you other delicious dishes and various sandwiches to enjoy on site or take away
Passed this bistro several times heading to my hotel and it always seemed busy, one evening nearing the end of my stay I decided to stop and explore. Was pleasantly surprised on the outcome, nicely presented in all manners, the menu, the wine, the food and the ambiance. It was a really nice experience and the Sauvignon Blanc wine was well selected and reasonably priced. If your in the area I would certainly recommend a visit, even just for a glass of wine and a chat in the ambiance, SuperbThank you very much for your kind review John ! It was a pleasure to receive you and it will be pleasant to see you again :)

Just minutes from Samara´s town center, Samara Pacific Lodge´s unique atmosphere and restaurant will make your visit a truly memorable experience. Don´t make your dinner a âbare necessityâ but an outstanding evening of tastes and enjoyment. Our Chef finds
We ate at Sámara Pacific Lodge in early December. Very friendly, and delicious food. Also pretty reasonably priced for a nice dinner- $37 for two entrees and a glass of wine. It was romantic for couples but was also family friendly. If we had stayed longer than 3 nights in Sámara, we would have returned.
