We have a lovely dinner here and Mei Mei serves us with warm smile and professional attitude especially when she introduce the cheese to us. And we try the chef menu tonight , every course are delious and well presented. My favourite is crab leg , if the portion serve a bit more that would be perfect. It can be smaller pastry box. This place is the epitome of the worldâs cuisine. No mistake that this place is rated 5 stars because they do have great food and great service. We would like to commend the service that our servers have presented us with. Marlon, Victor and Ankit specifically. They really put more meaning to our meal and especially our trip. service at the restaurant was excellent, very caring and attentive service.for the menu, it felt the offering was lacking surprises and creativity.seems to me the menu and offering were great back in the 90s, but not in 2019.more development is needed on their food to keep the brand on the forefront.personally, the tasting menu was a very over-priced given the experience offered.I hope to see more changes in the offering which would give us another reason to revisit.

The ambience, the huge table and the 'compulsory' English speaking environment were classy but everything went downhill after we were seated.We didn't drink due to medical reasons and the server simply walked away without offering us any non-alcoholic beverages. He might think that we were just trying to save money, simply arrogent. We had tried very hard to get anyone's attention again for ordering any mocktails. We had studied the menus and put them down to signal the servers that we were ready to order. I think it's normal and an etiquette not to wave or call out loudly for them at a fine dining restaurant. No, I was wrong, I admitted that I was spoilt by my excellent experiences in other restaurants. Don't expect any attentive yet unobtrusive services in this particular restaurant. All servers were walking around your table frequently but no one cared to take a glance at you, or all other customers if we were not partially treated.For the food, it looked really attractive but it didn't taste as good as it looked. It's rather disappointing since we did not plan to put the pictures of these fancy looking dishes on Facebook or Instagram for 'sharing' but to enjoy a decent lunch. I couldn't remember the price of this meal and couldn't comment if it's value for money. However, it definitely isn't worthy of its 2-star rating.Zero service remained till the end of the meal. They forgot to serve the petit fours, I have to ask for it. I regretted a lot in choose this restaurant and lost the chance of visiting Robouchon au Dôme again during my short trip to Macau this time.Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review following your visit of last december to the restaurant.
