You have to leave the restaurant at 2pm for lunch time, because they will serve afternoon tea at 2:30pm.They didn't notify (or remind) me, about the above-mentioned arrangement. , from my reservation, and until our main course has arrived (without our instruction. I expected they will start the main course, when we order to serve. But they served suddenly with our negative surprise).I trust they would promote this arrangement after my feedback.We felt so strange that, they would not re-fill the food in the buffet bar at ~ 1:30pm. And I have to request my prefer (& Already no longer refill ) items , to raise to their staff direct. & We personally felt that they are not wiling to provide (But they still provide , just required to wait a bit unreasonable longer time).So, it should be rated "Terrible" in here. However, I'm appreciate their senior leader personally take care this case, after I lodged the complaint to them. great menus and super beautiful presentation with amazing views. I like the night when the view is fantastic with the cty lid up. Service very nice and atmosphere feels very luxurious. We had a great time here, food was good. However 2 stars are taken off because, 1. We received the wrong cake in our take-out bag, we got charged 2 drinks (cafe, evian) water which we did not order, my mistake for not taking a closer look at the bill as we were in a rush to head back. If those two mistakes did not happen, then I would give Beige a 4 out of 5.Dear Customer,thank you for your feedback.We apologize for these two mistakes. This restaurant is known as the golden standard of French dishes in town which I appreciated so many times. This time I took risk to have pigeon. Well, it did not work with me. So I would suggest to be conservative in this restaurant unless you are sure about the material and cooking. Then,you will not be disappointed. Service and condition of wine were both very good. It was nice experience.

I'd booked a table for lunch at this restaurant almost a month prior to my estimated arrival due to its high popularity and great reputation for fine dining in Tokyo, and fortunately everything turned out outstanding and truly deserved two Michelin Stars ranking. From its elegant and graceful dining environment and its impeccable services, to its exquisite and creative french cuisine and marvelous food garnishing, all I experienced here was the chef's strong passion for and insistence on high quality of cooking and also the staff's sincere respect and care for each guest's feelings. Though its lunch set (tasting menu) was a little bit more expensive than those in other counterparts, it was still truly worth my visit without regret.
