Linvilla Orchards, about 30 miles from Philadelphia, celebrates its 103rd year in 2017. In addition to environmentally-focused indoor miniature golf, this is a 300-acre family farm dedicated to agriculture, environment and education. The farm market sells a broad range of fresh produce and gourmet specialties. Load up on their signature pies, homemade salsas and guacamole. The Orchards Garden Center features an array of annuals, perennials, herbs, succulents, fruit trees, shrubs, evergreens, soils, mulches, garden tools and plant care products.
LInvilla Orchards is wonderful for all ages but especially for kids. The wooden playground is the best.! You can pick apples, go on a hay ride, shop in the food shop. It is well worth a trip there.

Wooded paths that go through forests with creeks, a waterfall near the main entrance, and asphalt pavements for those who want a different experience. I’ve been twice and hiked the white trail ( there’s a blue trail .)

A hidden gem, just underneath the Trader Joe's in the middle of Media, PA! Took the family as a remembrance for Veteran's Day. I was really impressed with the displays and the volunteers were very friendly and knowledgeable. My 5 and 7 year olds loved all the guns in the displays. Highly recommend!
