Miles and miles of golden sands and shallow crystal clear water. We parked next to Hasan Turtle beach restaurant but didn’t go in there. The boardwalk from the car park to the beach is a bit broken in places, there are sunbeds and umbrellas to hire but we were happy with just towels as we didn’t have long.

This was in my opinion the most beautiful part of Norhtern Cyprus, the drive for sure was the nices one we had. We went all the way to Apostolos Andreas Monastery then continued for a few more kilometres along the unpaved road to Cape Apostolos Andreas. Very pretty views from the lighthouse. Check on your smartphone map where you are once you reach the cape, imressive location of the blue dot.

On my third visit, really impressed with the restoration of Apostol Andreas Monastery! Walking in the grounds you will come across some wild donkeys. They are friendly and you are allowed to feed them.It is a must visit place if you are in North Cyprus.
