How many times have you watched top rated cooking competition shows wondering what the food really smells and tastes like? Tre Wilcox lets you do just that.--be sure to read his bio... We have been fortunate to have attended several different types of events hosted both on and offsite by Tre. Tre is a smart, funny, happy, all around good guy and an amazing chef. The food is so good that you want to cut it into the smallest of bites to savor each and every one. When we attended a cooking class (16 people) we were divided into 4 groups, each group helped prepare a course --as much hands on as you want. Tre and his sous chef would explain tips and techniques they were using. The food was amazing...We still regularly make some of the dishes he taught us how to prepare. Our last event was at someone's home where he cooked a 4 course meal in their home. They brought in their own cookware, fryer, and all the food. The smells and food were amazing. Everyone loved the food and his wit. He left the house looking sparkling clean after the event. Recently, with the COVID-19 social distancing in effect, Tre launched Tre Fit Foods. Healthy and flavorful food that you order the week before and can pick up a day on the following week. He cooks the food the day of pickup and puts it in containers and refrigerates it. Simply microwave each dish and serve. We tried this food last night: 4 different entrees. Each and every one was just what you would imagine from a Top Chef. Veggies were crisp and tasty, tenderloin was cooked to the right temperature and this is all after microwaving per the instructions. Highly recommend a fun and flavor rollercoaster experience with Tre! We will be going back!
