Golden palaces, floating markets, majestic porcelain-laid spires…you've never seen a capital city quite like Bangkok. Visit Pratunam or Siam Square for premium shopping, then unwind in the European-style gardens of Dusit. Thon Buri is home to the awesome Wat Arun temple, and over in Phra Nakhon, you’ll find the Wat Pho temple of the Reclining Buddha. Savor mango sticky rice at a food stall before taking in the gilded splendor of the Grand Palace.

Pratunam Market is a treasure trove of clothes, textiles, fashion accessories, and handmade crafts at cheap, wholesale prices, making this very busy market popular with locals and bargain shoppers.
In this place especially for woman you can find a lot of kinds of fashion, bags, etc with low price. You can't missed this place...

This is a good value night market, just a 5 minute walk from pratunam market. Long out door food halls and the maker runs are berry tidy and fixed buildings. We found sone really delicious snacks here and lots of good trinkets for gifts.

These markets are brilliant if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe still with decent shops and good quality street food. Firstly, there are a variety of shops at these markets, however what sets them apart from most of the other markets is that there is generally only one or two shops selling the same sort of products opposed to 10 + shops in a row. In relation to the food, there are a number of street food / restaurant type places set up. They all offer a variety of food and the ones I ate at were all reasonably priced. The street food / restaurants all offer some form of beverage be it alcoholic or non alcoholic. There are also a number of stores around selling fresh juices, bubble teas and the like. The majority of the places to eat appeared clean. I returned to these markets on a number of occasions throughout my stay in Bangkok.
