Normally get fish and chips and it's gorgeous. But last time it wasn't great. Chips were manky and the fish not cooked as nice as normal. The serving was tiny.However I know this is a one off so will return soon

Easy to find on main road, some times parking can be difficult due to other shops being close by. Easy to make telephone order for collection, on arrival quick and fast service and food was at a high quality

I attended here today with my grand children, and ordered a cheeseburger meal, chicken nuggets and cheesy nachos. It was very busy and we queued for 10 mins to place the order in the drive through, once the order was placed it took several minutes to get to the till to pay, then a further few minutes to get to the collection point, at which time I was handed a milkshake and asked to park up. We waited a further 11 minutes before the order was brought to us, I asked the operative that brought it why was there such a delay for a simple order, She said she didn`t know but offered to get the manager, who could explain, I said we had waited far too long already but she assured me the manager would come straight out. I waited a further 5 mins and rang the premises as I did not want to be ignorant and just drive off. The manager then came out and explained that it was very busy and they were having Staff Training. I explained this was not an isolated incident as every time you are asked, to park up, there is always a 10 to 15 minute wait. I said that next time I am asked to park up, I will refuse and wait my turn in the drive through, the Manager replied "You will not be welcome back here" I asked for her name as I wished to make a complaint about her attitude, she refused and walked off, I asked her not to be ignorant and she continued to ignore me and walk away. Her colleague who had brought our food was present throughout, and appeared o me to be shocked at the managers behaviour. Then to top it all, when we got home e found that one item of the order was wrong.

Have been having takeaway from this Chinese restaurant for many years and the food is absolutely stunning.The staff are very friendly and like to get to know their regulars and the food they enjoy. Customer service excellent.Previous reviews are incorrect, as this restaurant has an excellent hygiene rating, was a 4 but previously increased to a 5! Highly recommend the satay skewers, well worth a visit!!! Thank you

called in here on Monday as dint fancy cooking was bit wait as there was few people in front me the chips were ok but nothing to write home about and fish as people previously stated was mostly batter with very little fish wont be rushing back
