Cod & chips and Haddock & chips with a small side salad and mushy peas, service was prompt and friendly including the waitress who advised that we could âbring our own wine from the adjacent pubâ she woven provided a couple of wine glasses.Portions were of a generous size and very tasty, thoroughly enjoyable.

The title of my review puts a sock in the poor review left by the ferrel local yick below. Anyone with half a brain will quickly recognise this takeaway is servicing a niche clientele and in some cases not local. Myself, like a few other people Iâve spoken to travel as far as Worcester to enjoy Turquaz kebabs. So, unlike the âslop outâ five doors down, Turquaz can be packed one minute and do nothing for two hours ! This kind of unpredictable customer flow is impossible to staff. You simply canât pay 5 staff to stand around for an hour doing sod all. So my advice to the reviewer below is simple. McDonaldâs was invented for people who eat quicker than their brain processes 4 syllable words, think âBig Macâ ..... ever likely you nearly died waiting for your freshly charcoaled kebab !! Since Turquaz opened weâve visited a dozen times, each time spending 20 - 30 quid. Turquaz is without doubt the best Turkish take away for miles and miles. Nothing in Worcester, Malvern, Gloucester or Cheltenham comes anywhere near ! In fact Iâm not sure any other takeaway uses authentic charcoal ? The meat is fresh, not de-frosted, cooked on authentic charcoal. Perfect ! The donner meat actually tastes like lamb ! Thank you to the three very friendly Gentlemen who run Turquaz for all your hard work and the opportunity to eat authentic Turkish kebabs. Keep doing what you do, especially those big friendly smiles !!

A great selection of sandwich fillers with lots of tempting salad extras with sauces to add to your sandwich which you can eat at the shop or take away. Soft drinks and water are available to buy and some of the meal deals are very good value.

1/5 is being generous. Ordered food from this company as I have done many times in the past from their own website, using their own menu. When food arrived all burgers were incorrect and not as ordered according to menu.When a menu states what a meal comes with I would ordinarily expect it to come with said items. Instead tomatoes have been substituted for unwanted tomatoe sauce, an a drink was missing.When I contacted them to let them know all they are able to say is tomatoe sauce is standard in our burgers, never mind the missing tomatoes or the fact that tomatoe sauce was not wanted or ordered.Surely if you list that a 1/4 pounder burger comes with lettuce, onion, tomatoes and mayo then those are concidered as "STANDARD". Anything other than what is listed is either extra or additional to standard.Nope, not with these guys. With these guys you might as well close your eyes and place the order as they clearly pick and choose what they think you should have.No offer of a good will gesture for any future orders just a response of do you want your drink?Complete lack of customer service and now one less establishment that will be getting my business in the future.
