This doesn't mean you have to order waffles.. This is a diner that provides dependable food for a relatively inexpensive cost. You can't leave without ordering the hash browns, check the menu to order appropriately to your taste (scattered, smothered, covered, etc)
First time husband and I went to a Captain D's as we both wanted fish. The guy at the counter was hilariously sweet, friendly and informative. I had the salmon with rice and he had blackened tilapia with rice. We tried the mac & cheese, corn on cob, hush puppies and salmon cakes. All good especially the bread, salmon and salmon cakes. Yum! For $20, it was a good deal and a healthier option than all fried food. This location was a good one as they got us in, got us out fast and got order correct.

Ordered spicy chicken through the drive through, biggest complaint would be the wait it seemed to take FOREVER! Food did come out well though, it's your average Popeyes not bad not exceptionally good.
At Church's Chicken, we make real meals with the heart of the south and the Spirit of Texas giving our guests the chicken you crave and the taste you deserve. We've got pure honey-butter bliss with our made from scratch Honey-Butter Biscuits and that spic
I love chicken, but I don't like everybody's chicken tenders. Church's has the best chicken tenders. They are just as the name says - tender. They are not tough and rubbery like some other fast food places. And I like their seasoning better, as well - delicate and not over the top (or not too much seasoning).
We will no longer eat at this restaurant for two reasons: 1. while they offer gluten free crust, nothing else is gluten free so what's the point? They told me their pepperoni and even their cheese is not gluten free. Thank goodness I can get true gluten free pizza at Pizza Hut because they have separate ingredients. 2. The lady was rude to my husband and hung up on him. NO EXCUSE for that kind of crappy customer service. None! That was the second time we've experienced rude service. And to think I actually gave this place a good rating a couple years ago.
