Visited twice during a short trip to Bruges. The first time for a takeaway. White baguette with mozzarella, tomato, pesto, pine nut and rocket which was very tasty. Fillings very fresh and the bread light and crunchy.On the second visit we ate in. This time a brown seeded long roll with crab, tomato and cucumber. Again very tasty. Very good coffee too. The staff are great and made our visit fun. Very reasonable price too.

Delicious Belgian friet (chips) with lots of sauces available and other fried Belgian/Dutch snacks like bitterballen. Great value for money. The chip portion sizes are very generous.Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Okay, it really is not too tucked away... they only offer several pasta items on the menu. Choose one and enjoy. They serve them fast. Pastas and sauces are made right in front of you. Place is easily packed, lines of teenagers or college-aged kids will hug the walls of the storefront soon as it opens.

We enjoyed eating here, the lady that served us was friendly, the seating and decor is nice and it has a rock vibe, playing good music but not so loud you canât hear people speak. There were families with children in as well as adult groups. The burgers and buns are tasty and there are about nine vegetarian burgers to choose from. The frites with home made sauce are gorgeous! You dig in and eat with your hands so not the place to go if you want fine dining. We went back again as we enjoyed it so much. Burger & chips x 2 plus 3 beers cost just over 30â¬.

Why not slow down and leave the motorway and go country towards Oudenburg?Beware you could easily miss Viviane's Diner although it's right on the main street. The name is Frituur Snack Viviane and you can park your vehicle right in front of the greyish styled snack-bar.As you enter the place you'll notice the perfect cleanliness of the interior and the immeculate display of snacks in the display counter.A well presented selection of snacks is available. Of course Belgian fries are a must.I tried fries with Samurai-sauce and boy wasn't it hot - just as promised. Tasty fries with a variety of sauces / dips are available, as are burgers and other snacks.The owner was very helpful and friendly. A few tables are available and the food tasted great. So if you're in need for a snack and are searching for real fries Belgian style go for this perl of a snack-bar in Flanders.
