The fries are good bye Belgian standards but what really Puts the Fabrique apart is the Quality of its burgers! As a neighbiur I eat here once or si a month and never regret it. Plus staff is supernice.

We werenât sure what to order so the waiter recommended us Les boulettes. We knew the standard ones but not the homemade ones. They were really tasty and great with the fries. We wanted to order additional price but the waiter advised us that it would be too much. We save money, avoid wasting food and he was right. Great food and great service.

Le personnel est jeune et super sympa. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les hamburgers sont frais et fait avec une viande de qualité. De plus, les frites sont excellentes. C'est le meilleur des deux mondes. Un bon restaurant à hamburgers et une bonne friterie. Parfait!

This is a modern, chalet style building near the Ibis Hotel. As one might expect in Belgium, they do very good chips, but also have a range of kebabs, burgers, loempia (pancake rolls) etc and other fried snacks. Portions are generous and the prices good.Certainly not haute cuisine â but neither would you expect it to be.
